These Amazon IKEA finds have so many great options for organizing small spaces. However, if you don’t live close by, it can be an all-day affair to get there. Sometimes, if you need bigger items it may be worth it to make the trek. But for smaller organization pieces it may be more cost-effective to try these Amazon IKEA dupes. I have scoured Amazon and found dupes for my favorite and iconic IKEA organization pieces. After all, we should all have the opportunity to organize our small space! Happy reading…

Let’s Start With the IKEA Top Seller’s Shall We…
1. Skubb Box- Set of 6
These boxes are AMAZING to organize your dresser drawers! Especially those drawers with socks, undies, lingerie, accessories, pajamas, etc. They’re great to keep your kids’ drawers organized as well. What I like best, is that they zip down and easily store if they’re not in use.
You can snag the real deal (18 count set) on Amazon here, or the 6-count set. They do cost more than they do at IKEA, but it’s still a good deal to save the gas for a smaller item. My Amazon dupe is great because it’s a 12 count set which may be all you need. They also fold down when not in use.
2. Flådis seagrass basket
This is the most WELL KNOWN IKEA basket, hands down! I love mine. You can purchase directly from IKEA here. I have two of them. One holds my hair towels in my bathroom and the other holds a few dresses and sweaters I don’t want to hang in my wardrobe. It’s perfect to hold blankets in the living room, toys, shoes, slippers, you name it! You’ll often see it used for plants. Just pop the pot in the basket with a plate underneath and, voila, an adorable fix to a plastic planter pot!!
The Amazon dupe for this item is this Seagrass Plant Basket. It comes in 3 sizes. The large size is the one that is essentially the same size as the IKEA Flådis basket. You may prefer a smaller size and the options are there on Amazon. You could even get all 3 to have a nice cohesive look throughout your home.
3. Risatorp Wire Basket
This is a pantry organization STAPLE! Onions, potatoes, apples, oranges. It is functional, clean looking and just adorable. Is there even anything else to say… It comes in different colors, but I like the clean look of the white myself. If you prefer to purchase this basket directly from IKEA, you can do so here.
Tip: ikea used to sell magnets shown below to label the baskets, but i think they’re discontinued. these magnetic DRY-ERASE labels from amazon would work though.
Once again Amazon pulls through for yet another iconic IKEA organization staple, it’s almost like they know… wink, wink… They have a set of two baskets, which is a great deal. The measurements are the same. There is a single basket here in the same brand if you’re only wanting one. The set of two is in white only. The single basket has 3 color choices: white, black (which also looks clean and sleek, great for a modern/traditional style), or turquoise.
4. Bekväm spice rack
This spice rack has been seen literally EVERYWHERE! Using it mounted for spices with the Rajtan spice jars is great. However, you can place cookbooks, oils, sprays, anything really, on the shelf in the kitchen. Also, many people have placed them in kids’ rooms to display some of their favorite books. Amazon sells these Wood Floating Nusery Shelves that are a perfect dupe for this spice rack. They come in a set of two and are 3/4 of an inch longer than IKEA’s spice rack.
5. Variera Boxes
I love these boxes, again, for kitchen organization. But don’t stop there! They are great for bathroom, playroom, garage, linen closet, under sink, laundry room, really anything organization. They’re easy to make labels for as well. They come in two sizes: Large and small. I like the smaller size for inside of cabinets. I use them on higher shelves so I can just grab the bin instead of having to crawl up there to get things down. It’s a great time saver. These are versatile organization boxes you can easily wash and move from apartment to apartment. These are golden if you’re a renter. If you want to purchase these from Ikea, the newer model is called Uppdatera you can find the large box here, and the small box here.
Amazon has just about the same boxes. BINO Plastic Storage Bins THE SOHO COLLECTION. I like that they come in a set of two and you can choose white or clear bins, which is nice. You can also choose large or small. The set is either large or small, not one of each bin. Just take note of that. The measurements are essentially the same for the large or small box compared to the IKEA boxes. These boxes have over 10,000 purchased with 5 star reviews! I’d start off with a set of each size to get going. You may even decide you need more later!
6. Råskog utility cart
This is such a well known IKEA piece. You can find this style of utility cart all over the place thanks to IKEA. But why run all over town to find one when you can click a few buttons and have it delivered to your door??? It is perfect for kitchen storage, kitchen and bathroom back stock items, craft room storage, and a drink or bar cart. People have found so many good uses for this utility cart. I have one in my bathroom closet for back stock and one in my powder room for extra storage. If you prefer to purchase this utility cart directly from IKEA, you can do so here.
Amazon has a great dupe for this utility cart. It is comparable in size and price. They offer it in 5 different colors. It is heavy duty and has over 21,000 five-star reviews!

7. Grundtal magnetic container- often used for spices
These are great space savers for small kitchens!!! You can use them to free up cabinet and drawer space in your kitchen by filling them with your spices and storing them on the fridge. A friend of mine has them and they work great! Unfortunately these are no longer sold at IKEA, at least for the time being. But have no fear, enter Amazon…
Another friend of mine has snagged an Amazon dupes for this item. The nice thing is that while the IKEA version screws on and off for use, Amazon offers sift/pour openings. This sets has 12 containers and comes with a wall mount so you can put these spice jars anywhere, like inside a cabinet door or on the pantry wall. These are a small space dream!
8. Vardagen jar with lid
How this jar is not on the IKEA best seller list I will NEVER know! You literally see it everywhere. If you’re on TikTok doing laundry refills and you’re not refilling this jar, I don’t know who you are! Often it is used, as I said, in laundry rooms or for dry goods in the pantry. It is such a timeless and beautiful jar. This jar comes in 3 sizes at IKEA: 10oz, 61 oz, and 64 oz.
As you can see, the IKEA version linked here is 64 oz or a half-gallon size. I found this same style on Amazon that sells 3 different sizes in sets of two: A gallon size (set of 2), a half-gallon size (set of 2), and about a quarter-gallon size (set of 2). Honestly, the variety of sizes makes the Amazon version a great organization and storage solution. I often see these jars styled in laundry rooms, which makes doing laundry like way more enjoyable, am I right??
9. IKEA +365 food containers/jars with lids
I LOVE these containers! I have the jars with bamboo lids for my dried goods. They’re so aesthetically pleasing I have them out on display. I just bought the food containers with the snap lids for left overs and food prep. Even though I LOVE the bamboo option for looks, I do feel like for containers I’ll be washing a TON, it is best to get the snap lids. I love that at IKEA you have the option to pick out whichever lid you prefer. I was SO tempted to get all bamboo lids for my food prep/leftover containers. But it’s fine, my kitchen is not a Pinterest board…yet, LOL! These are the round bamboo lids from IKEA shown below. I have two different sized jars shown below, but I’m not even sure IKEA sells them any longer. You can grab the square food storage container with a snap top or the round food storage container with a snap top (a newer model from mine below) from IKEA.
Amazon has plenty of good options here. For the food storage containers with snap lids, I found: Vtopmart 8 Pack Food Storage Containers. The square food storage containers with bamboo lids are pretty to look at, though I’m not sure I would use them for leftovers or food prep, but do what you’d like. They would work great for dry beans, rice, or nuts, though. Anything dry I would not worry as much about. This is a great set here, which I will also link below. Here is a round glass jar with a bamboo lid, great for dry food storage such as sugar and flour.
